He began his career on the shop floor of an electronics manufacturing unit and spent valuable 9 years perfecting his skill and knowledge. From production planning to execution, Rajeev handled the entire spectrum with a promise of an astute businessman. Today, as the Managing Director of Vintech he oversees the business operation with ingenuity, strategizing future-forward business plans to make his company a major player in the IT system integration sector

Chintamani is an Experienced individual and plays a very important role as the owner of Vintech. He has a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Services Delivery, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), IT Service Management, IT Strategy and Enterprise Mobility. He is a strong business development professional with a B.E. focused in Electronics & Telecommunications from Maharashtra Institute of Technology. He holds a major contribution in leading Vintech to a 100 Cr company.

Mahesh Nanivadekar is a Bachelor in Computer Science with a rich experience of 23 years and expertise in Solutions Designing. With his optimistic vision and Go-getter attitude, he has successfully created his position as a Director at Vintech. He works as a presale in Solution Designing for Server, Storage, Networking and Emerging technologies like AI, IOT, etc. He specialises in designing Virtualization Solutions (VDI, Graphics Virtualization, etc.). He is proudly a member of HPE Ambassador Group and possesses the Highest Certification – “HPE Master ASE – Compute Solutions Certification.

Dilip Patil, an Engineer with speciality in Industrial Electronics is a self – motivated individual currently looking after Vintech Services as a Director. He has a rich experience of more than 30 years in IT hardware. He is a Hardworking, meticulous, respectful, high on Prudence and methodical in nature. With his calm and collected nature, he Prefers to solve problems using well-defined and well-established procedures. His hard work and dedication have made it possible to achieve multiple milestones for Vintech.
